5 Week Ayurveda Course - Next Start Date TBC

Teaching people the wonders of Ayurveda is something I feel really passionate about as I feel it has so many great sustainable tools to help us improve our lives and health. 

Over the 5 weeks we will cover:

  • Week 1: Group kitchari reset

  • Week 2: Routine/lifestyle

  • Week 3: Gunas & Taste

  • Week 4: Agni & Ama

  • Week 5: Emotions

The 5 weeks will begin with a group kitchari reset (don't worry, you won't be eating kitchari for 7 days straight!) Each week there will be a task to help you create better mind body connection. This will be done through food experiments, breathing and meditation practises. (There will be a few food items to purchase each week.)

There will be a Wholesome Ayurveda Community Group, making it easy to check in and see how we are all doing 😁 You will be able to access it via desktop or app.
